Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using 2G PHONE (the "Service"). Article 2 (Service Description) The Service is a social entertainment app that lets you enjoy virtual conversations with AI through a retro feature-phone interface. Article 3 (Account Registration and Management) ① Registration is completed via one of the following: mobile phone number verification, Google account, or Apple account (iOS only). ② Members may not share or transfer their account credentials to others. ③ Violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or deletion. Article 4 (AI Service Guidelines) ① This Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate message responses. ② AI-generated responses may not be 100% accurate and may contain inappropriate content. ③ The Service limits its liability for issues arising from AI responses to the extent permitted by law. ④ Inappropriate AI responses can be reported via the [Report] feature on the message detail screen. Article 5 (Restrictions on Use) ① Use may be restricted for defaming others, transmitting hate or violent content, or distributing illegal information. ② Unauthorized commercial use of the Service is prohibited. Article 6 (Service Interruptions and Changes) ① The Service may be temporarily suspended after prior notice in the event of system maintenance or emergencies. ② No refund policy applies to free services. Article 7 (Disclaimer) The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
